What is collected

The appointment and enquiry forms collect your name, email, optional telephone number, the subject of your request and any message you choose to include. Appointment requests also include your preferred date, time of day and format. The time of submission and your consent are recorded.

Why it is collected

Your details are used to review and respond to your request, discuss suitable arrangements and keep track of the conversation. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.

How requests are handled

Requests are stored in protected files on the website’s hosting account. The practice inbox is restricted to authorised administration. Details are not displayed publicly. An on-screen reference acknowledges receipt; automatic email notifications are not currently sent.

What to leave out

Please do not include medical records, identity documents, detailed health information, financial information or confidential information about another person. This website is not intended for urgent medical or emergency requests.

Access, correction or deletion

To ask about your information, correct details or request deletion, contact harishwalia@gmail.com and include your request reference if available. Unneeded request records can be deleted by the authorised administrator.

Cookies and external services

The public pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. A necessary session cookie is used to sign in to the protected practice inbox. Email links open your own email application and are subject to that provider’s policies.

Appointment and wellbeing information

Dates, time preferences and formats are requests and must be confirmed personally before any arrangements are made. Sujok and acupressure are complementary practices and do not replace medical diagnosis, prescribed treatment or professional healthcare advice.
